Stephen Newell Architects | Unusual Project Testimonial
I’ve recently been building up my links with Houzz, the Architects/Interior Designers social site.
This is a great testimonial from a client with an unusual architecture project in South County Dublin (Dublin 18). Splitting this existing property into a number of self contained spaces was a very interesting and rewarding architects project!
Thanks to Brendan and Paula Golden for sharing their review on my Houzz profile.
“Stephen Newell Architects were recommended to us by a friend.
We had a very large and unusual project in that we split a sprawling B&B house into 3 magnificent properties in which we live in one.
Stephen is well experienced ,very professional in his manner and easy to relate to. Stephen worked very closely with the builder and had done so on previous projects.
We were unsure on lots of things regarding the project but Stephen reassured and encouraged us all the way. His professional knowledge was very extensive and he left nothing to chance which we appreciated. He met all building regulations with the highest standard so we will have no fears of nasty surprises in the future.
Stephen conducted weekly site meetings and was always available between that by phone.
We would have to say he worked over and above and we felt we got a superb service.
We will be recommending him very highly to all our friends.“

I’ll be posting up the other reviews from Houzz here as they are posted up.
